Congratulations To Rob Kane!

I want to congratulate Rob Kane on his victory for the state senate seat in the 32nd district. I have known Rob for close to 5 months now as we are both pursing our MBA degrees. He is a fine, intelligent person who will well represent his district. I am sure Rob will not look out for his district but will look out for the interests of the state as well.

Good luck Rob as you begin your term as a State Senator!

Giants Win.... Yea, the GiantsWin

Well, as a Cowboys fan, I didn't think I could explain this but there always was a nagging feeling at me for this game. Giants hot, Cowboys not. I guess the first inclination as to what was going to happen was it is tough to beat a team 3 times in one season. That wasn't it. It was probably more of the way the payed in the month of December.

Can we move the team to the CFL? At least there season is done in November!!

Let me give credit to the Giants. They took advantage of the Cowboys miscues. Reeves taking a penalty on the final drive of the 1st half was plain stupid. Instead of a possible 3 points, they gave 7 points up and tied the game. Coming out for the 2nd half down 7 is totally different.

This Cowboys offense just wasn't the same after Thanksgiving. The win against Detroit was a gift. The whole month of December was atrocious. Why Phillips did pull everyone out of the Washington game and work them over the bye week is beyond me.

One quick point. Don't give me the bullsh** about Jessica Simpson. If I remember correctly, she went out with Tony Romo, Not T.O. and Patrick Crayton who dropped some important catches. Nothing more that Crayton's in the 2nd half were he might have broke one for a touchdown. But that's neither here nor there.

Dallas, again, now gets to think what might have been. And we as fans think what happen. The player's move on and why not, making all that money doesn't have the same impact. I go to work Monday and will take a ribbing from my Giant friends (now there's a oxy-moron). The players will jet away and not be heard from again until early July. Where we start the process over again and see which fan gets crushed again.

I guess when it goes bad, it really goes into the toilet. Football, Baseball, Hockey, it's been a while since a championship and I thought this might be it. I take away another painful loss and hope the Cowboys take away a lesson that will propel them to the Super Bowl in 2009.

Uh, before I go, I bought my "cheese hat" for the championship game!
